This Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rights and obligations of the User (also referred to as “you” or “your”) and keralaayurvedicstore.com, operated by Refine Herbs (also referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”), in relation to product orders made via our website, www.keralaayurvedicstore.com (the “Website”).
1. ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE
A. General Overview
Subject to the terms in this Policy, you may request:
· Cancellation of an order before it is shipped
· Refund if the order has not been received
· Return and refund/exchange in case of defective or incorrect products
· Return due to change of mind (within limits of this policy)

B. Eligible Situations for Cancellation, Refund or Exchange:
You may request the same if:
1. The order is cancelled before dispatch.
2. The product has not been delivered.
3. The product received is:
o Damaged or defective
o Different from what was ordered
o Non-compliant with applicable regulations
o Delivered with unreasonable delay making it unusable
o Delivered in violation of our Terms and Conditions
4. You have changed your mind (intact, sealed, and unused product only).
Note: All return/refund/exchange requests are subject to applicable Indian laws.
C. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
A return or exchange will not be accepted if:
1. The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. The request is made after the specified timeline.
3. The issue is based on personal preference or minor reaction (e.g. taste dislike, mild skin reaction).
4. You fail to provide required supporting information.
5. The returned item does not match the item delivered.
6. Certain products may be sensitive to temperature or sunlight. We advise immediate unpacking upon delivery and storing as per product label. Kerala Ayurvedic Store is not liable for product degradation due to delays caused by customer unavailability or improper storage after delivery.
7. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition
D. Return Timelines
Return and refund or exchange requests must be raised within:
· Same day of delivery for opened packaging or broken seal
· 2 business days for defective or wrong product
· 14 days in other applicable scenarios
You may be asked to provide:
· A brief explanation
· Photographs of packaging/product
· Any other relevant information
Approval of any request is at our sole discretion after investigation.
E. Return Shipping
· Products must be packed securely with proper labeling (order number, item).
· Returns are free of charge once approved by us.
· Items not purchased from keralaayurvedicstore.com and sent to us by mistake will not be returned.
F. Refund Method
1. Refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval.
2. For COD orders, refunds will be issued:
o To your provided bank account (details to be shared via email), or
o To your wallet, if applicable.
3. For online payments, refunds go back to the original source.
4. keralaayurvedicstore.com is not liable for refund delays beyond our control.
2. ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
A. Order Review and Cancellation by Company
We may cancel any order or require additional verification before confirming, particularly in case of:
· Suspicious or bulk orders
· Use of fake/incomplete addresses
· Possible commercial resale intent
· Technical errors or misuse of vouchers
If any such “Suspicious Order” is identified, we may:
· Cancel it before delivery
· Withhold promotional voucher refunds
· Report relevant details to legal authorities if necessary
B. High Fraud Risk Accounts
We may suspend or terminate accounts deemed as “High Fraud Risk”, which include but are not limited to:
· Repeatedly returning items or abusing return policy
· Sharing incorrect identity, address, or payment details
· Misusing vouchers
· Non-payment or refusing delivery
Any reward points or credits will be forfeited.
C. Cancellation by User
1. Orders can be cancelled by the User before shipping.
2. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may initiate a return after receiving the product as per Section 1.
